Global Chapter Lead - Intelligent Workplace Director (Xico)

OpportunityAs Global Chapter Lead Intelligent Workplace at Takeda, you will be a member of the ICC Leadership team, reporting to the Head of ICC.
You will lead and manage a global chapter team across different locations (Mexico, Slovakia, APAC), create and assume ownership of strategies and goals that are specific to the global chapter and aligned with business objectives.
Your primary focus will be to support the evolution of Takeda's employees' digital experience suite, driving productivity and new ways of work, including the introduction of AI‐driven capabilities across internal collaboration processes.Intelligent Workplace covers the evolution of commercial cloud‐based solutions (Microsoft Office) to developing proprietary intranet/Internet sites for employees worldwide using fixed and mobile devices.
