Global COO: Growth & Operational Excellence

KOS International Talent Group is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) in Dubai to drive global execution and operational excellence. This role includes ownership of group-level P&L and implementation of strategies across markets.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in scaling businesses and a deep understanding of global markets. Fluency in English is required; Mandarin Chinese is preferred for stakeholder management.
