Global Customer Service Specialist - Fashion & Luxury

Oerlikon Group in Mendrisio is seeking a customer service professional to manage order processing and customer inquiries. The role involves coordinating with multiple departments to ensure timely delivery and satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a commercial education, at least 5 years of experience in international customer service, and fluency in French and English. Knowledge of German and experience with AS400 and SAP is preferred.
