Part of Amgen’s R&D Strategy & Operations organization, the R&D Knowledge & Learning team is reimagining how learning, knowledge, and capability development enable scientific excellence and clinical execution. We design and govern learning as an integrated, longitudinal capability system – aligned to roles, risk, and outcomes – rather than a collection of disconnected training events.

As a Senior Manager in Amgen’s R&D Knowledge & Learning organization, you will serve as the Learning Business Partner for select Global Development Operations sub-functions – primarily Clinical Systems and Data Management – with a local base at the Amgen India (AIN) site.
