What You'll Do The Global Employee Relations (ER) Lead is the owner for a globally consistent, AI-enabled Employee Relations framework that protects trust, reduces risk, and strengthens our Winning Culture. This role combines Employee Relations expertise, systems thinking, and data-driven decision-making with strong judgment. This role designs and governs global Employee Relations processes and SOPs, and partners with Legal, People Partners, HR Ops, and regional Employee Relations (ER) teams to deliver a fair, timely, and defensible employee experience worldwide. As an AI-first company, Avalara expects this role to embed AI and automation into Employee Relations (ER) workflows to materially improve quality, speed, and insight generation.
