Our client is an international Digital Asset platform, the CEO is hiring an experienced Settlement Director to lead and strengthen their global settlement operations . This is a leadership role managing an established team, upgrading governance and controls, and driving modernization to reduce manual work through automation and system enhancements.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the global settlements function, covering trade settlement, deposits, and withdrawals across multiple asset classes.
• Strengthen governance, risk, controls, and compliance frameworks in line with industry best practices.
• Review end-to-end workflows, identify gaps, and drive process re-engineering, automation, and system improvements to reduce operational risk and manual touchpoints.
