Global Head of Business Architecture - L&H Operations

Swiss Re - Schweizerische Rückversicherungs-Gesellschaft, located in Singapore, is seeking a Head of Business Architecture for Life & Health Operations. This leadership role is pivotal in driving operational excellence and accountability across global Operations teams, ensuring high-performance and governance standards.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading diverse teams and expertise in project and change management. Experience in Life & Health reinsurance or operations is an advantage. The role supports hybrid work with an expectation of office presence at least three days a week.
