• Lead a Global Technical Powerhouse: Serve as the primary architect and visionary for Roche’s pen injector platform, leading a high‑performing global team of 10+ technical experts and leaders.
• Drive Strategic Innovation: Design and execute the technology roadmap for pen injectors, ensuring our platforms are at the cutting edge of parenteral drug delivery and integrated seamlessly with the R&D portfolio.
• Own the Lifecycle Excellence: Direct the end‑to‑end design, development, and commercial readiness of pen technologies, overseeing design engineering, verification, and systems engineering.
