Role Overview

The Global Head of Health and Wellness Development defines and leads the brand’s global wellness vision and strategy, driving the development of innovative, commercially successful concepts across all properties. Based in the Dubai Corporate Office and reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, this role oversees wellness projects end-to-end, ensuring seamless execution, financial performance, and alignment with brand standards.
