Global Head of Investor Relations

Consistently lauded as an industry leader, our client has embarked on a strategic growth agenda to broaden their portfolio and expand their global footprints. To drive this strategic agenda, they are looking for a seasoned Investor Relations leader to shape market engagement, strengthen financial narrative and support value creation for their global operations.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Global CFO, you will develop and communicate a credible investment thesis aligned with the group's strategy and capital allocation priorities. You will spearhead the earnings release and investor presentations, as well as advise the leadership team on earnings guidance, investor messaging and capital allocation. In addition, you will work closely with the leadership team on strategic initiatives, including M&A and value creation, and business performance management.
