Position: Global Recruitment / Headhunter Intern
Location: Dubai, UAE (Remote work is possible)
Job Type: Full-time availability for 3-6 months, renewable
What You’ll Do:
- Source and research top talent
- Learn the end-to-end recruitment process
- Post job ads on portals & social media
- Assist in talent/market mapping
- Screen candidates & join interviews with senior consultants
- Prepare profiles for shortlisted candidates
- Handle administrative tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s Degree (Fresh Graduates & Semester 6-8 students welcome!)
- Strong communication skills
