This role will drive global hiring strategies, build scalable recruitment frameworks, and support HR initiatives across multiple regions to ensure a consistent and high-quality employee experience.This senior HR leader will serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership across multiple geographies (basically US, UK, Europe), driving talent acquisition, organizational effectiveness, talent strategies, cultural alignment, and transformational change.
