We are seeking a **Global HR Operations Consultant – HRIS** to serve as a functional and technical subject matter expert for our HRIS platform (Dayforce). This role is accountable for ensuring system integrity, driving HR process optimization, and delivering a seamless, globally consistent employee experience across the full HR lifecycle.
As a key member of Global HR Operations, this role partners closely with HR, IT, vendors, and business stakeholders to **lead system enhancements, enforce governance standards, and drive continuous improvement** across HRIS processes and capabilities. The role reports to the **Global HR Operations Manager** and does not have direct reports. Candidates must be proficient in English.
