Global HR Operations Leader — Scale, Compliance & Growth

Infineum is seeking a Head of Global HR Operations responsible for end-to-end delivery of HR services across twelve countries. This role leads HR Operations teams to ensure effective HR processes and a strong employee experience aligned with business priorities. The candidate should have proven HR leadership experience with multinational companies and a degree in Human Resources or Business Administration. Preferred experience includes M&A and working in complex manufacturing environments.
