Global Investment Banking - FIG - Vice President

As a seasoned Investment Banking professional, you will have experience developing strong relationships with corporate and financial institution clients and working across multiple products. You will execute transactions across the spectrum of our investment banking offerings, including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, loans, and equity and debt capital raises. You will be comfortable managing complex, cross‑border processes and stakeholders across the region.

• Act as the primary day‑to‑day client point of contact and deal captain on transactions
• Review, coordinate, and quality‑check the analytical work of junior bankers to advance marketing and execution processes
