Opportunity Description
The Global Kaizen & Continuous Improvement Leader provides enterprise‑wide leadership for Kaizen execution, capability development, and governance. This role ensures Kaizen events are strategically aligned, rigorously executed, and deliver sustained business impact across regions, functions, and value streams. The leader owns the global Kaizen operating model, including standards, competencies, governance, and best‑practice deployment. Assuring Kaizen is a repeatable, measurable engine for quality, cost, delivery, safety, and customer experience improvement.
