Global Lean & Operational Excellence Specialist

Bachem Holding AG is looking for a Global OE Specialist – Lean based in Bubendorf, Switzerland. In this position, you will lead Lean initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity worldwide. Your role involves driving value-stream optimization, coaching site leadership, and ensuring sustainable improvements.

The ideal candidate has a university degree in chemistry, engineering, or a related field, along with at least 5 years of relevant experience in Lean deployment in a chemical or pharmaceutical environment.
