Global Legal Counsel — Contracts, Compliance & Ethics

Thales in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a Legal Counsel within its Legal Department. This role involves securing the legal aspects of commercial engineering services, drafting and negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with ethics and governance practices.

The ideal candidate will have a Master’s Degree in Law, a minimum of 5 years of experience as an in-house lawyer, and be fluent in French and English. Responsibilities include liaising with external counsels and assisting in audits and compliance matters.
