Leading/supporting technology projects for the development of new PCB and ECU packaging, component packaging and PCB assembly materials & technologies. To develop relevant documentation, including qualification requirements, application standards (Engineering and Manufacturing) and design rules released and implemented globally across Global Electronics. Manufacturing Technology roadmap implementation aligned with core application and customer application development programs. Day-to-day technical support to product teams and problem solving for industrialization topics (PCB, ECU packaging, component packaging, PCB assembly) and coordination of qualification testing of new technology in advance of first use in application.
