- You are a commercially astute leader who understands that outsourced doesn't mean hands-off. You know how to motivate a team across borders and cultures ,
- Experience in Sales Leadership, Commercial Partnerships, or Strategic Outsourcing, preferably within SaaS or high-growth tech ,
- Scale Experts: Proven track record of managing large-scale, third-party sales organizations (BDR/SDR/Inside Sales) where performance is tied to revenue ,
- Contractual Savvy: Experience negotiating complex, performance-based commercial agreements ,
- Data-Driven Mindset: Expert-level ability to interpret sales funnels and conversion data to pivot strategy in real-time ,
- Cultural Intelligence: Experience working with outsourced teams (Middle East/EMEA experience is a huge plus) and the ability to build rapport across different geographies
