Global Planning and Analytics Lead (Sr. Manager)

Purpose:

This role is a global, analytically driven planning leadership position responsible for ensuring timely planning and procurement of parts across the enterprise, with a specialized focus on service parts fulfillment and stocking strategy alignment.The role will drive automation, digitization, and standardization across planning and supply processes, leveraging AI-enabled tools, SAP platforms, and advanced BI capabilities to improve service levels, inventory efficiency, and operational scalability. The position will also lead and develop a global planning and analytics team based in India, serving as a strategic partner to Operations, Supply Chain, Service, and IT functions role will be critical in improving service performance, optimizing inventory investment, and enabling scalable global operations through data, automation, and AI.
