Global Pricing & Access Lead, Rare Neurology

Location: Barcelona - Spain (3 days working from the office and 2 days working from home)

At Alexion, AstraZeneca Rare Disease, this role offers the opportunity to shape access for transformative medicines in areas of high unmet need and make a meaningful impact for patients living withrare neurological diseases. You will operate in a highly visible, strategic position with broad cross-functional exposure, leading portfolio-level market access, pricing, and reimbursement strategy across key markets, with a particular focus on the NMOSD indication. This is an opportunity for an experienced market access leader to influence critical launch and lifecycle decisions, navigate complex payer environments, and play a central role in advancing our ambition within Neurology.
