As part of the next phase of our Play-To-Win strategy, the Global Process Owner (GPO) Blueprint framework has been established to drive best-in-class capabilities across our end-to-end processes, bringing value and excellence to our commercial operations.
 

The Launch to Engage process represents a critical L1 end-to-end process encompassing seven key L2 sub-processes: Product Launch, Market Access & Pricing, Insights & Analytics, Omnichannel & Customer Engagement, Trade & Revenue Management, Customer Facing Operations, and SEE Engage-to-Report. This comprehensive process ensures seamless coordination from product launch through customer engagement and revenue realization.
