Global Product Management Trainee (B2C)

What You'll Be Doing
Develop a holistic understanding of the
end-to-end product lifecycle , including market research, requirements gathering, product planning, design, development, testing, launch, and post-launch operations, under the mentorship of senior product managers.
Work closely with
cross-functional teams
(engineering, design, data, marketing, etc.) to understand their functions and build strong communication and collaboration skills across diverse, international teams.
Conduct
in-depth market and user research , such as customer interviews, surveys, and data analysis, to uncover user needs and behavioral insights across different regions and cultures.
Support
product planning and development activities , including participation in product design discussions, technical solution alignment, and quality assurance processes.
