What you’ll do:

  • Own and drive the strategic metrics and reporting cadence for the remediation book of work, ensuring plans stay on track and outcomes are measurable.
  • Build and maintain KPI frameworks, scorecards, and dashboards (., progress, quality, risk, aging, throughput, SLA adherence) to support informed decision-making.
  • Coordinate analysis on impacted populations, scope, and business impact, synthesizing insights into actionable executive takeaways.
