Global Production Oversight - Associate

This role is for someone who is ready to lead and modernize how we deliver KYC at scale. You’ll sit at the intersection of controls, process, and execution, with exposure to global KYC requirements and day-to-day partnership with WKO teams across regions. You’ll take ownership of complex remediations, drive root cause analysis end-to-end, and help bring smarter, more automated ways of working into our operating model.

What you’ll do (core responsibilities)

• Establish and execute governance across KYC BAU activities, ensuring the right transparency, progress tracking, and timely escalation of risks, issues, and blockers.
• Lead investigation of emerging issues, perform structured root cause analysis, and partner with WKO teams to define and execute resolution plans.
• Own the remediation book of work: scope population/impact, track milestones, manage dependencies, and drive delivery in line with SLAs.
