Global Provision Specialist

The Global Tax Provision Specialist will be responsible for overseeing and managing the tax provision process, including compliance with ASC 740 and IAS 12, which prescribes accounting for current and deferred tax consequences of an entity's financial transactions. Additionally, the role will handle tax‑related disclosures in the company’s financial statements and support domestic and international tax compliance. The position requires collaboration with cross‑functional teams in finance and accounting to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of corporate tax provision processes, strong analytical skills, and a proactive approach to identifying tax savings and risk management opportunities.
