How You’ll Shine

Act as main contact for customer, member, and partner inquiries

Manage communications (inbound/outbound) and provide updates

Own cases from start to resolution with cross-team collaboration

Document all interactions and resolutions properly

Manage guest relocations due to overbooking or disruptions
