Forterro is looking for a Director, Compensation & Benefits to establish and lead a new Compensation & Benefits Centre of Excellence. This pivotal role involves shaping reward strategies to enable Forterro’s growth ambitions while ensuring compliance and alignment with market expectations.

The successful candidate should have proven director-level experience in international Software or SaaS environments and deep knowledge of EMEA & APAC compensation practices. Strong analytical skills and excellent interpersonal abilities are essential, as this role will engage with senior leaders across various functions.
