Global Sales Excellence Specialist

The Opportunity

We are looking for a motivated and analytical Global Sales Excellence Specialist to support the evolution of our commercial organization within Power Conversion Solutions.

In this role, you will help improve how we manage sales performance, forecasting, pipeline visibility, and demand planning across global markets. You will work closely with Sales, Finance, Operations, Product Management, and Business Leadership teams to drive data-driven decision making and support commercial excellence initiatives.

This position is ideal for professionals with 3–5 years of experience who are looking to grow within an international environment and gain exposure to global commercial operations in the energy transition sector.
