Global SDR Manager

Global SDR Manager will build and lead a high‑performing, multi‑region Sales Development organization. This leader will define Jeeves’ global outbound strategy, coach SDRs across multiple countries, optimize our pipeline generation engine, and partner cross‑functionally to ensure alignment between SDR, Marketing, and Sales.

This is a high‑impact role that requires operational excellence, strong sales enablement skills, and the ability to lead distributed teams in a fast‑moving environment.

Location: Bogotá, Colombia. Full‑time hybrid position; required to work in the office in the Parque de la 93 area 2‑3 days per week.
