Global Supplier Quality Manager – Omni On Power
Omni On Power is seeking a Global Supplier Quality Manager to lead global efforts in North America and Asia. The role manages a team of Supplier Quality Engineers (SQEs) located in North America and Asia, driving supplier performance across Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Service (QDCS) metrics while ensuring suppliers meet Omni On Power's quality, reliability, and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a global team of SQEs through coaching, prioritization, and structured performance management. Serve as the global leader for North American and Asian suppliers, managing a team of SQEs. Manage quality escalations, audits, PPAP/FAI reviews, and corrective actions. Drive supplier performance improvement through metrics review (PPM, OTD, SCAR response, defect trends).
