Global talent acquisition partner

We are seeking a seasoned recruiter to join Globalli and support the hiring of both technical roles (engineering, SRE, data) and professional HR/workforce management roles (payroll specialists, implementation managers, payroll success). The ideal candidate will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding handovers, while building strong pipelines and proactively managing candidate experience. Fluency in English is required, and Spanish or other major languages are highly desirable, particularly for sourcing candidates across EMEA and LATAM markets. Experience with Linked In Recruiter and managing an ATS, ideally Greenhouse, is essential for success in this role.
