Apprentices will be joining a technology apprenticeship program, which is designed to introduce associates with little to no work experience to technology roles. The role was created to provide on the job training and build skills as an apprentice. Length of employment is pre-established for a set period of time. Work assignments are well defined with a high degree of supervision and direction provided.

The Global Tech Apprentice Program – IBM Z Mainframe System Administrator role is an opportunity to earn as you learn, gaining knowledge and experience in the fundamentals of mainframe computing.
