Global Trade Support & Control Leader

First Abu Dhabi Bank is seeking an experienced professional to lead Governance, Leadership & Operating Model Ownership, handling T0 requirements and trade support functions. The individual will oversee booking, validation, and lifecycle management across complex derivatives while ensuring risk and P&L control.

Ideal candidates should possess over 10 years in Derivatives MO and have a strong command of Murex and Bloomberg. This role demands high-level stakeholder management and a focus on regulatory compliance and process improvement.
