Job Description
Lead the RFP process, including preparation of RFP and the associated Technical Annexures Employer Requirement, Head of Terms and evaluation of technical and commercial proposals. Lead the Contract drafting/Review process and negotiation of contract/agreement terms, with a particular emphasis on the negotiation of EPC, OM Contracts and Supplier Framework Agreements.
