The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management of Ammonia and Urea production facilities, ensuring safe, efficient, and profitable operations while driving operational excellence and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all manufacturing operations covering Ammonia, Urea, Utilities, Maintenance, Engineering, and HSE.
• Ensure production, quality, safety, and cost targets are achieved.
• Drive plant reliability, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives.
