This team is responsible for identifying systemic bottlenecks, developing and implementing best practices, tools, and methodologies, and driving continuous improvement to elevate client satisfaction and maximize project profitability.
Design Thinking and Strategy & Business Design Manager will be a change agent, for translating complex business discussions into clear, value‑oriented deliverables and client outcomes. In this role, you will attend and synthesize client and internal meetings, rapidly grasp the proceedings, and convert them into compelling, value‑based slideware, build offering points of view (POVs), and go‑to‑market (GTM) materials. You will also plan and facilitate design thinking workshops to unlock customer‑centric solutions and drive pursuit or delivery outcomes.
