Opportunity Description
Responsibilities
- Conduct analysis of Russian supply and demand of grains and oilseeds
- Build national balance sheets for all G & O products traded by the platform as well as a regional balance sheet for wheat
- Forecast Russian grains (wheat, corn, barley & minor grains) and oilseeds production volumes (soybeans, rapeseed, sunseed)
- Organize and conduct crop tours
- Coordinate work with analysts and traders in various relevant countries
- Manage Russian oilseeds crush estimates
- Communicate results of analysis to Geneva traders and global group
- Provide the group early warnings on sudden S & D changes
- Work with Geneva traders to develop trading strategy, highlight opportunities and risks
- Coordinate with grains & oilseeds desk to update Russia’s feed matrix
