GOLF Director

Position: Golf Director

The purpose of the Director of Golf at the Golf Club is primarily to lead the golf aspect of the member and guest experience. The on-course experience forms an integral part of the overall value-proposition. The incumbent Director of Golf is required to ensure that all team members in this department are certain of the standards they are required to meet. It is also the Director’s responsibility to ensure that the golf operations team are guided while on the job to help with skills development.

The following duties and responsibilities are there to provide a high level overview of the day-to-day expectations of the Director of Golf in terms of the various facets of this job title.
