About the Role
The Approach Shot is looking for someone who can help build and manage the golf experience within our premium indoor golf club. This role goes beyond traditional front desk responsibilities. We are seeking someone who can help organize leagues, tournaments, member events, and simulator operations while creating an outstanding experience for our members and guests. The ideal candidate is passionate about golf, highly organized, comfortable with technology, and capable of learning systems quickly.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage TrackMan simulator leagues and tournaments
- Set up events, formats, scoring systems, and player communication
- Assist members and guests with TrackMan technology and simulator operation
- Work directly with TrackMan support when troubleshooting or configuring systems
