Purpose of the role

The Governance and Assurance Principal South America is responsible for the hands‑on execution of Supply Chain governance and assurance activities across all South America operations. Working under the Reporting Lead, the role conducts structured procurement assurance reviews, monitors compliance, supports the end‑to‑end implementation of the Contractor Management Framework, and drives corrective action across the region. The role is the operational arm of the governance and assurance function in South America, translating the governance framework defined by the Reporting Lead into day‑to‑day control activities that protect procurement integrity, ensure process compliance, and build control maturity across all South America sites.
