Overview
DNV United Arab Emirates is looking for a Government and Corporate Relations Officer / PRO to be based in our regional office in Abu. This role will work closely with the Government relations team to ensure timely renewal of visas and work permits, trade license renewals and all other required activities. The role holder will need to have regular and frequent interaction with the Business Area and Global Shared Services representatives.
Employee-Related Activities- Monitoring visa validity and flagging off visa renewal requirements to employees
- Coordinate and obtain employment/residence visa for new employees/existing employees
- Coordinate with typing centers and the employee enquiry for family visa renewal
- Reviewing invoices submitted by typing center for correctness
- Obtain work permit and visa for the Subcontractors
- Assist and coordinate to obtain business visit visa to other countries
