Opportunity Description
- Organize, submit, and collect all required employee documentation to maintain accurate and complete personnel records.
- Manage the submission and collection of company transactions with government entities and ministries across Abu Dhabi and other UAE emirates as required.
- Guide employees through government-related procedures, including medical testing, Emirates ID biometrics, and driving license processing.
- Maintain and update records of all employee-related documents, including passports, MOHRE permits, visas, Emirates IDs, and CICPA passes within shared systems and track visa renewals, ensuring no lapse of applications.
- Prepare and draft official correspondence in Arabic as needed.
- Process applications and obtain onshore/offshore access passes (CICPA) for employees.
