FUNCTION:
Panning, coordinating and supervising the installation and operational readiness of Dedicated Offices under the PSP capacity-building program; The role includes overseeing suppliers, contractors and service providers during installation and go-live phases, coordinating logistical readiness and operational efficiency across multiple project locations; interfacing with government departments to support Immigration & Work Quota, Permitting and Customs services; acting as a focal point with internal departments such as Finance, Procurement, Compliance, Travel, Transport and Site Logistics; maintaining personnel rotation schedules and government engagement registers; and ensuring full compliance with corporate governance standards, conflict-of-interest prevention and anti-corruption regulations, while guaranteeing uninterrupted service delivery in line with pro...
