Grading/Pipe Foreman (Missoula)

Williams Civil Construction in Missoula Montana is looking for an experienced and motivated Grading/Pipe Foreman to lead and manage field crews on a variety of civil construction projects. This role requires hands-on leadership, a strong understanding of underground utilities or grading operations, and the ability to deliver quality work while maintaining safety, productivity, and team morale.



What You’ll Do:


+ Manage and direct daily work of field crews

+ Coordinate schedules, equipment, and materials

+ Ensure safety, quality, and efficiency on site

+ Communicate with project managers and inspectors




What You Bring:


+ Experience in heavy civil construction with strong equipment operation skills (excavators, loaders, dozers, backhoes)

+ Experience as a foreman or crew lead on utility or grading projects, with a solid track record of managing production and crew performance
