Are you a graduate passionate about supporting young people with behavioural and emotional needs? A specialist school in Reading is currently seeking a committed Graduate Behaviour Mentor to join their team as soon as possible.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Graduate Behaviour Mentor to gain valuable school-based experience working with children who require additional behavioural support. The school supports pupils with SEMH needs, autism, ADHD, and other challenges that can impact learning and emotional wellbeing.

As a Graduate Behaviour Mentor , you will work closely with students on a 1:1 basis and in small groups, helping them develop positive behaviours, emotional resilience, and confidence within the classroom.
