Graduate English Assistant: Literacy & KS3–KS4 Support

Trades Workforce Solutions is seeking an English Teaching Assistant to join a high performing secondary school in Hackney starting 1st June 2026. This full-time role will support KS3–KS4 students in English interventions until July 2026, with a chance for long-term extension.

The ideal candidate will have a strong English-related degree, excellent communication skills, and child-centred experience working with young people. A supportive school environment and clear routes into teacher training are offered.
