About the Role

As a Graduate LSA, you will support pupils with a variety of SEN needs – including Autism (ASD), ADHD, SEMH, Speech & Language difficulties, and learning delays. Working under the guidance of experienced teachers and SENCOs, you will help pupils access learning, build confidence, and develop essential skills both in and out of the classroom.
