Graduate Teacher

Looking to get your foot in the door in a secondary school, but want more than just “covering lessons”?

We’re working with a number of welcoming and well‑run secondary schools across Telford and Shrewsbury who are looking for motivated Graduate Teachers to join them. These are great opportunities if you’re thinking about teaching long‑term and want real classroom experience that actually builds your confidence.

This isn’t about standing at the front and hoping for the best. You’ll be properly involved, supporting learning, building relationships, and gradually stepping into more responsibility as you grow.

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting pupils across KS3 and KS4 in a range of subjects
• Leading small group sessions and helping to keep lessons on track
• Covering lessons where needed, with support from experienced staff
